Live Rip & Ship – FAQ
❶ Purchase Your Products
- Choose your products from our Live Openings Page.
- Add Products to your cart.
- Please ensure you put your Twitch or Tik Tok Username in the Company (optional) field and proceed with the checkout.
❷ Complete your Purchase
- Complete your purchase through our secure online payment system.
- First purchase will require you to pay shipping fees.
- If you plan to purchase more products after you first purchase, we will be able to provide you with a Code/Coupon to waive any further shipping fees.
- Reach out to us on the scheduled live stream for coupon.
❸ Join the Live Stream
- Once your order is placed, join us during our scheduled live stream!
- We’ll open your product live on camera, showcasing every card inside.
- We'll only open your cards once you have joined us on the live stream, if you are unable to be there during one of our scheduled live stream, please reach out to us.
- Our streams are interactive, so jump into the chat and connect with us and other viewers as we reveal your pulls in real-time.
❹ Shipping your Cards
- Let us know if you want your cards shipped straight away, usually takes between 1-2 business days for us to package and ship your cards.
- If you want to make other purchases on later scheduled shows and we can store your cards in a secure box dedicated to you, until you are ready for you cards to be shipped.

Every order comes with tracking, allowing you to monitor your cards from dispatch to delivery.
