Shipping policy

FREE Standard Shipping is applied to Australian orders of more than $200.

Processing and Handling Time: Usually within 1-2 business days. Orders cannot be shipped on weekends or public holidays. Our main priority is to ensure your order is shipped as fast as possible and packaged with care and kept safe during transit.

Delivery Time: Once you receive notification that your order has been shipped, standard delivery service make take up to 3 to 6 business days. Express service may take up to 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Options: We use Australia Post to ship orders. All orders with standard or express have tracking enabled.

For a small fee of $2.95, you can choose the option to add 'Sign on Delivery'. This means that your order will require a signature prior to delivery. If no one is at the shipping property your order will not be left at the premises and instead sent to the nearest Post Office awaiting pick up. You will still require to sign for the goods at the Post Office.

Pick Up: We do not offer pickup at this point in time.

International Shipping: We do offer ship internationally, and shipping times can vary depending on the location.
